Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and 58ph ("58ph," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 58ph website located at https://58ph.vip and all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, participating in any game, or otherwise accessing any part of the 58ph platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with the 58ph Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and 58ph.

Definitions

Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the 58ph platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times when using the Services. This age requirement is a mandatory condition under the PAGCOR regulatory framework governing online gaming in the Philippines. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and all deposits returned where technically and legally feasible.
• You must be a natural person and must register the account in your own legal name. Registration by corporations, partnerships, organizations, or other legal entities is not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of or currently located in a Restricted Jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 58ph, its parent companies, subsidiaries, game providers, or technology partners, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have had a previous 58ph account that was suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information at all times. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

58ph reserves the right to decline any registration application or to revoke an existing registration at its sole discretion, including where 58ph reasonably believes that the eligibility criteria have not been or are no longer being met.

Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 58ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether through different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, device profiles, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be merged, suspended, or permanently closed, and any balances or winnings accumulated through multiple accounts may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. 58ph will never request your password through any communication channel, including customer support.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you have authorized it. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account, you must notify 58ph immediately through the live chat support channel or by contacting [email protected].

Deposits & Payment Methods

58ph accepts deposits through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Additional payment methods may be made available at 58ph's discretion and will be listed in the Wallet section of the platform. All amounts are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the 58ph platform:

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered exclusively in the player's own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is owned by a different individual — are strictly prohibited and subject to account suspension and fund return to source.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for most supported payment methods. Specific minimums and maximums for each payment channel are displayed in the Wallet section of your 58ph account.
• 58ph does not charge a processing fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond 58ph's control.
• Deposit funds are credited to your 58ph wallet balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and Maya credits are typically instant. Bank transfer credits may take 5–60 minutes depending on the bank's processing time.
• 58ph reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any deposit transaction where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

58ph complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Unusual or suspicious deposit patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures, which may temporarily delay access to deposited funds until verification is completed.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions and procedures:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. Minimum withdrawal amounts for other methods are displayed in the Wallet section of your account.
• KYC identity verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal request will be processed. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending identity confirmation.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 58ph account. 58ph will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. BPI and BDO bank transfers may take up to several hours depending on inter-bank processing schedules. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• 58ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, the account has recently had unusual activity, or the player has not previously completed a withdrawal.
• Any bonus funds in the player's balance that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will not be included in the withdrawable balance calculation.
• Withdrawals may be subject to review under 58ph's AML and fraud prevention procedures. Where a review is triggered, 58ph will notify the player and aims to complete the review within 5 business days.

Bonuses & Promotions

58ph may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other incentive programs to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players as specified in each promotion's individual terms. 58ph reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus funds become withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts associated with each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Players may only claim each promotion once unless otherwise explicitly stated. Claiming the same promotion multiple times through different accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting offers through multiple accounts, coordinated play with other players to meet wagering requirements at low risk, or any systematic approach designed to extract value from promotional offers beyond their intended purpose — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of related winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• 58ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-way, 58ph will make reasonable efforts to honor any legitimate bonus already credited to active accounts.
• In the event of any discrepancy between a promotion's description as displayed in any marketing material and the detailed terms published on the 58ph platform, the detailed terms published on the platform shall prevail.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 58ph platform are governed by these Terms and by the individual game rules applicable to each specific title. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail except where the game-specific rules specifically supersede a provision herein.

The following general gameplay conditions apply across all 58ph games and betting products:

• All game outcomes produced by RNG-based titles are generated by certified random number generation systems. 58ph does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes. RTP (return to player) percentages for individual slot and table games are disclosed within each game's information panel.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-world physical processes (card draws, wheel spins, dice rolls) conducted by human dealers in streaming studio environments. Video streaming interruptions do not void bets already placed and accepted before the interruption.
• Bets placed by players represent final instructions. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or reversed except in accordance with applicable game rules (for example, a bet placed after a sportsbook market has been officially closed may be voided at 58ph's discretion).
• Winnings are automatically credited to the player's 58ph wallet balance upon conclusion of each game round or event settlement.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game software failure that results in an incorrect display of winnings, balance, or game outcome, 58ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered stake to the player. Winnings paid as a result of a software or system error are not valid and may be reclaimed by 58ph.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 58ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all account balances including real-money funds and bonus funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or account operation.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the 58ph platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any other automated mechanism to interact with 58ph games, place bets, or exploit platform functionality in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to generate unauthorized winnings or to gain any advantage not available to ordinary players under normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play with other players or external parties for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or exploiting promotional offers.
• Conducting or facilitating any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the 58ph platform.
• Charging back, disputing, or reversing any deposit transaction through your payment provider without prior authorization from 58ph. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings for any amounts paid out against the disputed funds.
• Attempting to access the accounts, personal data, or financial information of other players through any means.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 58ph staff, other players, or any individual associated with the platform.

Responsible Gaming

58ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting vulnerable individuals from the potential harms associated with excessive gambling. The platform provides several tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all of which are accessible from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set time-based notifications that alert them when they have been active on the platform for a specified duration.

Intellectual Property

Your use of the 58ph platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any part of the 58ph platform or its content without prior written authorization from 58ph.
• Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform software or content.
• Use any 58ph trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in any manner that could imply association with or endorsement by 58ph without prior written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the 58ph platform by automated or manual means for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorized use of 58ph's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and applicable law, and may result in civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 58ph and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising out of or in connection with your use of the 58ph platform, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform or any of its features, including during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods.
• Any inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information provided by third-party game providers, odds feed providers, or payment processing partners.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any technical failure, data loss, or system error beyond 58ph's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 58ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Suspension & Termination

58ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable 58ph policy.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by 58ph.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargeback or unauthorized payment dispute initiated by the player against 58ph.
• Provision of false or inaccurate registration or verification information.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account procedures.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon account termination for cause, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be subject to review and, where the termination is related to fraudulent activity or Terms violation, may be forfeited. Where termination is not related to player misconduct, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review.

Players who wish to close their own 58ph account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support through the live chat channel inside the account dashboard. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn prior to or as part of the closure process.

Privacy & Data Protection

Amended Terms will be effective from the date published on the 58ph platform unless a specific effective date is stated. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between you and 58ph in connection with these Terms or the Services shall first be referred to 58ph's customer support team for informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly at this level and players are encouraged to contact support before pursuing formal proceedings.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised with 58ph customer support, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution or arbitration mechanism prescribed under Philippine law and applicable PAGCOR regulations. The competent courts of the Philippines shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through informal or regulatory channels.
